The product is a wrapper designed to leverage the customer's existing licenses. OIdea Code Factory integrates with third-party AI services (such as Claude by Anthropic, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, and Grok) using the customer's own accounts and sessions. OIdea.ai does not provide or resell AI model access — customers must maintain their own valid licenses and subscriptions with the respective AI providers.
If customers abuse the product and are blocked by AI companies such as Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI, Grok, or Google Gemini, OIdea.ai holds no responsibility. Customers are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of the AI providers they choose to use through Code Factory.
The product may contain bugs and the quality depends entirely on the customer's prompts. Incomplete or non-optimized setups may lead to results that do not meet expectations. The creative team continuously updates the product but bears no legal responsibility if results do not match customer expectations. Code Factory is a tool that assists development — it does not guarantee bug-free, production-ready code in all cases.
The product goes through multiple versions. Each version may contain changes, improvements, or modifications to features and behavior. By using OIdea Code Factory, customers agree not to file complaints, lawsuits, or compensation claims regarding any company or product statements related to version changes.
The product has no refund policy. Taxes and payments are managed and deducted by the third party Paddle, and the company has no responsibility or obligation to refund if customers change their decision. All sales are final. Customers are encouraged to use the Free plan to evaluate Code Factory before purchasing a paid subscription.
The product may not be compatible with the customer's computer. It may work initially and later encounter issues. These problems may be caused by many components not related to the product itself, including but not limited to operating system updates, hardware changes, Docker configuration, network settings, and third-party software conflicts. Any arising issues will be considered compatibility problems on the customer's machine, and the company refuses to resolve installation issues on the customer's device. If support is needed, customers must register for paid support on the homepage.
OIdea Code Factory runs locally on the customer's machine (for Free and Paid plans) or on OIdea.ai managed VMs (for Cloud plans). For local installations, all code and data remain on the customer's hardware and are never transmitted to OIdea.ai servers. For Cloud plans, data is processed on OIdea.ai infrastructure with standard security practices. Customers are responsible for securing their own machines, API keys, and LLM sessions.
Users bear full legal responsibility (if any) if they abuse licenses, violate LLM agreements, crack the product, redistribute copies, or share it with multiple users, whether for free or commercial purposes. OIdea.ai reserves the right to revoke licenses and terminate accounts for violations of these terms without prior notice or refund.
